What Are Our Opening Times?
We are a home-based business – we never close! Although our viewing times are between 8am - 10pm every day of the year, similarly we take telephone enquiries between 7am and 10pm every day of the year.
Do I Need an Appointment?
Yes, we work strictly by appointment only, we are 100% client focused and aim to please, once an appointment is made we prepare the vehicle by fully valeting then sanitising it following government guidelines.
How Long Does the Process Take?
No more than 1 HOUR! Which includes a test drive and ALL paperwork
Does My Car Come With a Warranty?
Yes, all of our vehicles come with 12 months in house warranty
Is There an Admin Fee?
No there are no hidden extras at Payless4acar, our vehicles are priced very competitively with no extra hidden fees, a full 12-month warranty, 12 months AA cover, normally 12 months MOT and often serviced if required before leaving us.
How Can I Pay?
You pay a small holding fee as a deposit which is fully refundable at point of viewing, the balance is then paid shortly before you pick the vehicle up, or when we deliver to your home or of course at our office by bank transfer, we accept ALL credit / debit cards.
Delivery Service?
Yes, we offer a delivery service FREE within 20 miles of our offices in Basildon Essex – chargeable at cost anywhere else worldwide.
Finance Options?
Yes, simply scroll down the Autotrader advert and you will see the Octane Finance button. Octane offer an immediate decision on line then contact us to get the ball rolling.
Road Fund Licence
Road tax can no longer be carried between vehicles once sold. This means that you will always need to tax your new vehicle. We can either set this up for you or you may choose to do this yourself when you collect the car giving you the option to pay by monthly direct debit.
Do You Offer Part Exchange?
Yes, any of our team are happy to provide a valuation of your existing vehicle. Please bring your paperwork for the vehicle with you as this really helps us to establish a firm valuation. Some of our customers choose to sell their car themselves, but others either part exchange their car with us or sell it to a third party. Whatever happens our friendly team will advise you of the options available so that you can choose the most suitable option for you.
Are Your Cars Hpi Checked?
Yes, this ensures that the car has not been an insurance loss, it has no outstanding finance from the previous owner and that it has never been stolen. We offer a printed HPI report on every vehicle at point of viewing.
